Dr. George Freedman is past president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Associate Director of the Esthetic Dentistry Education Center at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is also Director of Post-graduate Programs in Esthetic Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Center (Rochester), university programs in Seoul, South Korea, and Schaan, Liechtenstein, and the Chairman of the Clinical Innovations Conference (London, United Kingdom). Dr. Freedman is the author or co-author of 8 textbooks, more than 200 dental articles, and numerous CDs, video and audiotapes and is a Team Member of REALITY. Dr. Freedman maintains a private practice limited to Esthetic Dentistry in Toronto, Canada.
Dr. Howard Glazer is a Fellow and Past President of the Academy of General Dentistry, and former Assistant Clinical Professor in Dentistry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Bronx, NY). Currently he holds the academic rank of Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at several universities around the country including: SUNY - Buffalo, and the Univ. of Florida – Gainesville. Dr. Glazer has lectured extensively in the United States, Canada, Korea, India, and the UK . Additionally, he is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists; International College of Dentists; American Society for Dental Aesthetics, and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. Dr. Glazer is an Attending Dentist at the Englewood Hospital (Englewood, NJ). Dr. Glazer is the Deputy Chief Forensic Dental Consultant to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner, City of New York.
Dr. Edward Lynch currently holds the position of Professor of Restorative Dentistry and Gerodontology of the Queen's University Belfast as well as Consultant in Restorative Dentistry to the Royal Hospitals. He also serves as the Consulting Editor of Gerodontology as well as the Treasurer and Secretary to GORG, IADR. He has served as Senior Lecturer in Conservative Dentistry and Hon. Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Postgraduate Course Organizer for the University of London. Dr. Lynch was awarded a total of 94 research grants, totaling over 6 million pounds and has over 450 publications, including chapters in books and referred abstracts. Professor Lynch is also a specialist in 3 disciplines, Endodontics, Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
Dr Eliott Mechanic is the esthetic editor of Canada's “Oral Health” dental journal and the co-founder of the Canadian Academy for Esthetic Dentistry. Dr Mechanic maintains membership in numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics, the American Society for Dental Aesthetics and the Europen Society of Esthetic Dentistry. His work has been profiled in magazines, television and radio.
Dr. Nasser Barghi is Professor and Head of the Division of Esthetic Dentistry in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School, at San Antonio, Texas. He completed his prosthodontic residency at Temple University. Dr. Barghi has presented more than 500 didactic and hands-on clinic courses in over 30 countries. He has authored and co-authored over 200 articles and abstracts and has completed a great amount of research on bonding new esthetic materials and etched porcelain bonded restorations. Dr. Barghi is a member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics and the International Association for Dental Research. He is past president of the American Equilibration Society.
Dr. Ross W. Nash is co-founder and president of the Nash Institute in Charlotte, N.C. where he provides esthetic and cosmetic dental treatment for patients and continuing dental education for dentists and team members. He is an editorial advisor and regular writer for several dental publications. Dr. Nash has also authored a chapter in a dental textbook on esthetic dentistry. An international lecturer on subjects in esthetic and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Nash is a Fellow in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Diplomat for the American Board for Aesthetic Dentistry. He has been a clinical instructor at the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. Dr. Nash is a consultant to numerous dental products manufacturers.
Dr. Karl Leinfelder is professor emeritus, University of Alabama an adjunct professor, University of North Carolina. He presently serves as associate editor of the Journal of the American Dental Association.
Dr. James R. Dunn is faculty at Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry, Loma Linda California. He is responsible for instruction of appearance related dental treatments and dental photography. He is active in biomaterial research in bonding materials, directs a study club in aesthetic dental treatments, and lectures and directs workshops nationally and internationally on clinical aesthetic bonding treatments. He is an active member in the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International and American Association of Dental Research, Academy of Dental Materials, and other dental organizations.
Dr. Fay Goldstep has served on the teaching faculties of the Post-graduate Programs in Esthetic Dentistry at SUNY - Buffalo, the Universities of Florida (Gainesville), Minnesota (Minneapolis), and has been a feature speaker in the ADA Seminar Series. She has lectured nationally and internationally on Innovations in Hygiene, CONSERVE - ative Dentistry, Dentist Health Issues and Office Design, and has published several articles, on these topics. Dr. Goldstep is a consultant to a number of dental companies, and maintains a private practice in Toronto, Canada.
Dr Daniel H Ward is an Assistant Clinical Professor at The Ohio State University and is in private practice in Columbus, Ohio. He is a fellow in the American College of Dentists, a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and a Fellow of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics. He serves as secretary of the Ohio Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Ed Lowe is an active member of the Canadian Dental Association and American Dental Association. In addition, he is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He has taken and continues to take numerous continuing education courses in esthetic and cosmetic dentistry and keeps his knowledge of materials and applications on the cutting edge by reviewing current newsletters and publications in advanced esthetics. In an effort to teach what he has learned to other dentists, Dr. Lowe has written several published articles on esthetic dentistry which have appeared in leading dental journals.
